Our mentors are retired CEOs, current owners, founders, accountants, and marketers. They give an average of four hours a month. They never charge. The work is, almost without exception, the most meaningful thing they do all week.

  2. 02Three to six hours a month, on your calendar.
  3. 03A 90-minute orientation and one annual check-in with the team.
  4. 04Discretion and the patience to actually listen.
